Billing Clerk
Location: Fort Myers, FL 33916
We are seeking a highly organized Billing Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer invoicing, accounts receivable, QuickBooks, Dynamics 365 software, and organized filing history.
The Billing Clerk will be responsible for:
- Generating and sending out customer invoices
- Processing accounts receivable
- Using Quickbooks, SupplyPro and Dynamics 365 software to manage billing and financial records
- Organizing and maintaining accurate filing systems
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong attention to detail.
